Update on my progress. Still work and play in Colorado Springs. I have lost over 40 lbs and now weigh around 150 lbs and I have a wife named Abigail, and two puppies, Honey Bear and Wolfee Bella. I'm am still addicted to Coke; Coffee seems to be my weakness as well. The next adventure for me is to start a family!
