Michael Benyamin

Michael Benyamin (Beniaminovich) is the North America Sales and Marketing Leader for Towers Watson's HR and Talent Management Technology practice. Prior to this role, Michael led the creation of Towers Watson’s Human Capital Metrics offering. His expertise is in HR transformation, human capital strategy, HR technology and developing human capital scorecards. Michael has spent over a decade advising HR leaders around the world on how to streamline their functions and enhance their contribution to business performance. Michael holds an MBA in Human Resources and Information Systems from the University at Albany. He is active in a number of professional human resource organizations and is a regular speaker on metrics, talent management technology, and HR function effectiveness.
