Michael B. Germain is the managing partner of the Tampa, Florida-based Germain Law Group, P.A. For nearly a decade, Michael has been involved in litigating insurance claims and complex commercial matters. Michael's practice is focused on representing insurance policyholders, victims of personal injury, consumers and business owners. His strong belief in his cause allows him to confidently represent his clients, even against large insurance companies and multi-national companies.

Michael is a Tampa native who graduated from Berkeley Preparatory School where he was recently inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame. He received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. At Washington & Lee, Michael served as the senior class representative to the Student Judicial Committee and was the captain of the Men's Intercollegiate Soccer Team.
After a stint as a financial advisor with American Express Financial Advisors, Michael received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University's College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. At Stetson Law, Michael was a member of their nationally recognized Trial Team and a member of the Trial Advocacy Board.
Michael is active in the law community and is involved in several organizations. He is a member of the Interbay Rotary Club, the Ferguson-White Inn of Court and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Michael is active in the community and understands the value of sharing knowledge with peers across the country. He has been named a Super Lawyer each year since 2013.
