I run my own business Declarative Solutions providing Salesforce and FinancialForce consultancy and implmentation services.

I am a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience of implementing change. I have spent the last seven years designing and implementing Salesforce and FinancialForce applications using declatative code. This covers all activities from establishing requirements (project sponsor and end users), deisgning the solution, planning implementation, building the solution, training users, managing go live and data transtion and crucially ensuring benefits are bedded in during the post implementation period when hidden requirements always emerge.

I believe in declarative solutions where organisations can maintatin and develop their own applications without expensive third party support. This also future proofs applications.

I have a masters degree in electrical engineering and business studies form Imperial Collegde London, moved into finance becoming a Chartered Account with PricewaterhouseCoopers then wokred my way up the finance ladder to become Chief Finance Office at Elexon Ltd where I also managed IT. I joined powerPerfector Limited to become involved in the green agenda. At powerPerfector I developed a cloud based strategy with all applications on Salesforce. I implemented FinancialForce and built declarative custom applications to bring sales, operations and finance information together. I enjoyed this so much I decided to set up my own company to provide these servcies to other companies.

Clients are large and small and across sectors, the most notable being the Daily Mail Group where I helped implement a complex project to build a new Sales Ledger using FinancialForce.
