Michael B. Keogh

Michael B. Keogh graduated with a BSc. (hons) Biotechnology in 2002 from the National University of Ireland Maynooth. In 2003, he completed a MSc. in Occupational health and ergonomics; where he worked as an occupational health researcher associate on a national human impact assessment survey examining social and environmental risks in Ireland. Subsequently he worked in health and safety disciplines advising on industrial and healthcare risk management in Ireland. Michael began a PhD. in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland where he graduated in 2010. His research interests include adipose derived stem cell therapies for organ regeneration and novel food and water initiatives for the developing world.
