I am a public policy leader focused on improving how Americans learn, work, and hire. My experience spans the White House, U.S. Department of Education, U.S. Department of Labor, and a governor's office as well as think tanks, and as an advisor to investors and venture-backed companies. My focus is always on expanding opportunity, supporting American workers and students, modernizing outdated systems, and reducing regulatory barriers to innovation.
My work increasingly explores how emerging technologies, especially AI, can improve government performance and create new pathways for individuals to get a better education and develop and demonstrate their skills.
