I am the President & CEO of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center: a public-private partnership helping the creative class turn ideas into reality. Each day, I have the opportunity to help individuals live our their own "American Dream" - building a company. As a serial entrepreneur, I've focused most of my career in the healthcare services space. In addition, I am a professor at Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management. Most recently, I was the President of ParadigmHealth, a disease management firm specializing the providing services for clinically complex medical cases. Prior to my position at ParadigmHealth, I was Founder and President of Theraphysics, a venture-backed specialty healthcare firm managing orthopedic and rehabilitation services. Prior to Founding Theraphysics, I was Vice-President for Managed Care at HCA’s Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Mississippi, my MBA at Belmont University and my doctoral degree in Health Administration at the Medical University of South Carolina.
