My name is Michael Frank Chekian and I am a bankruptcy attorney.
I completed my undergraduate degree from University of California, Irvine with a major in history and received my degree in law from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California with an emphasis on taxation. I am admitted to practice law in all California courts, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, and U.S. District Courts for Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern California.
I founded Chekian Law Office in 1993 and have been helping clients in all aspects of bankruptcy law, including debt settlement, tax resolution, lien stripping, stopping foreclosures, and determining which chapter to file that best suits your needs.
In addition to specializing in bankruptcy law, I am also a California real estate broker, and I enjoy golfing, surfing, running, tennis, and traveling.
