Michael Conville

As the owner and president of the Beacon Construction Group, Michael Conville leads an experienced team of in-house personnel to construct and renovate a range of luxury residential properties. From its headquarters in North Palm Beach, Beacon Construction works in some of the most exclusive communities in Florida and New England. The company also holds Preferred Builder status in North Palm Beach’s Lost Tree Village, the home of legendary professional golfer Jack Nicklaus. Under Michael Conville’s direction, Beacon Construction currently maintains a perfect “A-plus” rating with the Better Business Bureau.

Before assuming his current position in 2004, Michael Conville owned and operated South Eastern Contracting in Boston, Massachusetts. During his 18 years as South Eastern Contracting’s president, he handled a challenging project and procurement schedule while personally overseeing daily on-site operations. Mr. Conville’s accomplishments with South Eastern include the construction of Babson College’s Van Winkle Residence Hall, a building that industry authorities ranked among the best school building designs of 1994.
