Michael Courneya is a musician from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Currently, he is studying Creative Industries in the Media Business and Music Industry specializations at Ryerson University, and works Retail and Promotions at Steam Whistle Brewing. As a musician, Michael has worked both live and in studio with multiple Toronto musicians and projects including Mah Moud, Wrong., Monsune, and Brahny. He is also a co-runner and contributor to Moud Network along with Mahmoud Ismail, a media website which aims at building a platform for showcasing young creators in Toronto and displaying their works for everyone to see. He also works as social media manager for Moud Network and records music under the name Arctic Fox Orchestra.
Michael has a strong focus on connecting and collaborating with the vast amount of creatives that are in Toronto and has dedicated his time to working with the Moud Network to ensure that these artists are able to connect with each other and showcase their work. Whether it be performing on stage, recording in a studio, or filming an interview, Michael continuously tries to associate with as many creatives as possible.
