I’ve spent over 20 years in recruitment, starting as a consultant and progressing to director level - scaling teams, building frameworks, and helping businesses move from ambition to execution.

My experience sits at the intersection of strategy and operations. I work best at the centre of organisations - aligning leadership vision with front-line delivery, embedding structure, clarifying expectations, and creating performance environments that last.

At the core of it, my work is about creating clarity - putting the right operational foundations in place and working alongside teams to bring leadership ideas out of the boardroom and into daily practice. When expectations are clear and performance is visible, people deliver with greater confidence and consistency.

I’m hands-on and collaborative. I don’t operate from a distance. I work alongside teams to translate strategy into practical execution, making sure plans don’t sit in slide decks - they become daily behaviours.

Performance needs to be visible. I build reporting, dashboards and operating rhythms that give leaders real clarity - not just data for the sake of it, but insight that drives better decisions, stronger accountability and sustainable growth.

I believe strong structure creates an environment where people can thrive. When individuals understand what good looks like, how their contribution connects to the bigger picture, and feel supported in delivering it, performance follows.
