I currently serve as SVP Strategy & Marketing for NGA Human Resources, overseeing strategy, offerings and marketing. I joined NGA Human Resources in 2005 (at the time we were 1,000 and called ARINSO, now we're 8,500 employees and called NGA HR), as Director Investor Relations & Communications.

Prior to that, I helped build Certipost - a joint venture of Belgacom and Bpost - into a market leader in e-invoicing, and the platform behind the Belgian electronic identity card.
