Michael Curtis Broughton
Industrial Engineer, Researcher, and Military Logistics Officer in Texas
I’m an industrial engineer and military logistics officer focused on building systems that work in real conditions.
My background started in the U.S. Army, where I learned that execution matters more than planning. That mindset still drives my work today. I design and improve supply chain systems, distribution networks, and warehouse operations with a focus on performance, reliability, and efficiency.
I’ve worked across both military and commercial environments, including large-scale retail logistics and material handling systems. My approach is simple: understand the system, measure what matters, and improve it step by step.
I’m especially interested in how operations perform under pressure—peak demand, disruption, and uncertainty. That’s where strong systems stand out.
Outside of work, I stay active with running, strength training, and outdoor activities.
