Michael Davis is an artist, writer, mentor and entertainment executive.
He’s served as President & CEO of Motown Animation & Filmworks, President, Animation, Magic Johnson Entertainment, President, Publishing Blackboard Entertainment, EVP Talent & Special Projects & Co-founder Milestone Media. EVP UMI Media.
As an independent producer he's created, written, illustrated or produced original content for comics, television. radio, schools and universities. Alumni from his Bad Boy Studio mentor program are many of the most respected talents working in media today.
Current projects include, The Littlest Bitch (with David Quinn) in development for TV from his book of the same name. Other projects include graphic novels, a reality show and 2 mainstream novels. Yeah, it’s called The Littlest Bitch.
Speaking of bitching, The Static Shock Universe was created and written by Michael. He wrote the creative bible based on his life. Despite foolish attempts by some to lessen his contribution. Asked to explain why Static's friends, family and major supporting characters in the universe are named after counterparts in Michael’s life those who question Michael's role just smile, wave and hit the pipe.
