Michael Divine is at the forefront of today's Visionary Art moment, exploring fundamental human archetypal experiences and a vibrant personal mysticism through his breathtaking and well-crafted imagery. From Wassily Kandinsky's intuitive balance of line and color to the bold movement of Umberto Boccioni to the psychologically informed landscapes of Salvador Dali, Michael's work follows in a long tradition of artists who base their work on their interpretive visions. While he spent much of his early career traveling and honing his craft, today he divides his time between intensive studio work and giving presentations, live painting performances, and participating in art shows throughout the nation. He lives in Southern California with his wife Violet.
