Michael D Schoenfeldt

Michael D. Schoenfeldt is a retired Army colonel who most recently served as the commander of an armored brigade combat team based in Kansas City, Kansas. In this role, he was responsible for leading a force of 4,500 individuals, including seven divisions with 500 to 800 personnel each. He also managed a budget of over $160 million and oversaw the maintenance of over 800 pieces of rolling stock and 400 containers. Prior to this, Mike Schoenfeldt completed three combat tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.

He holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Kansas, a master's degree in adult, occupational, and continuing education from Kansas State University, and a second master's degree from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy, as well as a graduate certificate in supply chain management. Mike currently is employed at Kellog's and takes pride being involved in Inventory Control.
