Michael Dugally

As CEO and cofounder of NorAm International Partners, Inc., Michael DuGally oversees strategic growth and partnership development for the company. Since Mr. DuGally cofounded NorAm International Partners in 2006, the company has experienced dramatic growth over the past six years by leveraging a business model based on buying and distributing DVDs, CDs, video games, and other overstock and wholesale media. Michael DuGally has partnered with a number of businesses to offer asset-recovery services and trade-in programs for a range of consumer electronics and media.

Before leading NorAm International Partners on a full-time basis, Michael DuGally was an executive with AIS, a manufacturer of office systems and furniture based in Hudson, Massachusetts. He started working for AIS as the driving force behind the creation of the company's national sales team, where he built national distribution programs and managed the operations of both independent sales representatives and internal sales teams. Mr. DuGally was also the architect of the company's website and marketing initiatives. During his tenure at AIS, Mr. DuGally served as Vice President of Sales and was later promoted to Executive Vice President. He was named President of AIS after directing sales efforts that resulted in a 500 percent revenue increase over the course of six years.

Michael DuGally is a graduate of the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University, where he earned his Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and integrative management. Mr. DuGally also received a Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College, where he studied politics and English.
