Michael Dyce has built a career across Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, Mt. Juliet Police Department, and Watertown Police Department. He was celebrated as Officer of the Year (2021) and previously honored as an Unsung Hero (2018). A certified FBI Crisis Negotiator and FEMA-trained professional, he has completed leadership courses that strengthen his ability to mentor and guide. Michael combines tactical skill with faith-driven service, keeping Tennessee communities safe while pursuing personal growth.
