I have been a Lead Coordinator/Supervisor in the Customization department at Elizabeth Arden, Inc for 10 of the 14 years I have been with the company. Prior to that I I worked in Export shipping , both as a packer and as a fork truck operator. Following my time In Export, I moved to the Customization department as a fork truck operator, then moved into the driver coordinator position. Next position was lead production coordinator on 2nd shift. Currently I am a coordinator in Customization. I am always looking for ways to simplify our processes, improve production, and maintain a culture of safety. Before I came to the Roanoke valley, I worked for 7 years as an OTR truck driver. My professional interests range from manufacturing process automation, packaging design, to lean manufacturing practices
