UNITED COMMERCE SOLUTIONS, Inc.
Consultant in New York, NYC
I was born into the US Diplomatic Service in Manila, Philippines in 1980. After spending much of my life abroad living in Tangiers, Ecuador, Mexico City, South Korea and Japan attending international and Department of Defense Schools. I graduated high school in Tokyo and started attending Temple University Japan. Where I played college baseball for the TUJ Sparks. Heading into my sophomore year some classmates and I decided to open Lanai Lounge. A networking nightclub for Expats and geared toward the fashion industry in Roppongi. The club district of Tokyo.
I later transferred to Temple University's main campus in Philadelphia where I graduated with my degree in criminal justice. Soon after college I got my first job and Olde City Financial, going into sales right after school. From Philadelphia I joined Turn Around Pro, a consulting firm based in OKC. So shipped out to Oklahoma to work with the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe on their business entities being a Tobacco factory and a casino. The Chief of the Tribe eventually ended up hiring me to work directly for them and their tobacco factory on a project I facilitated to sell their products in the duty-free markets and in Japan. This job ended up landing me in Manhattan where I've resided for the past 15-yrs. Where my career path started taking on a communications spin. I worked for Nielsen and Advanstar Comms (Medical Economics) before selling high-end banking software for Infogix a company based out of Chicago, me being their New York Rep. Also while in NYC I was the acting US Rep for two UK companies.
While working corp. NYC in the background I was starting United Commerce Solutions (UCS).
