Hi, I’m Mike. I’m an Office Agent in London but also cover all markets in the UK and worldwide. I am also a chartered surveyor and a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors member.

My company helps companies and organisations of all sizes acquire flexible office space and workspace solutions.

We assist these clients in finding serviced office space, managed offices, coworking memberships, and other forms of flexibly leased office space to rent.

The majority of these solutions are available on short-term flexible contracts so are less onerous than a traditional leasehold arrangement, and, in the majority of cases, offer all-inclusive pricing for accounting efficiencies.

This means that the office rent is inclusive of utilities, service charge, cleaning, reception services and other overheads that would need to be managed separately when renting an office in the traditional manner.

Our services are always free to the tenant/occupier because we are paid a fee by the office provider/workspace operator/landlord.
