I currently serve as the head of marketing for Hay Group Insight – Hay Group’s employee survey division. Hay Group Insight has been a global leader in employee opinion research since 1975. Over the last thirty years we have assisted over 4,000 organisations. We talk to over five million respondents each year, creating one of the world’s largest databases of employee data.

Prior to Joining Hay Group I spent five and a half years as director of events and international marketing for Kenexa, a company for whom I joined in November 2006, following its acquisition of UK-based Psychometric Services, Ltd. (PSL), where I served as marketing manager. During my time at Kenexa I managed an international team of marketing professionals located in the United States, Europe and Asia Pacific, who were responsible for driving Kenexa’s brand globally.

I’ve extensive experience of executing marketing communication programmes and organising networking events in countries throughout the world, including: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, Qatar, Russia, South Africa, the UAE, the United Kingdom and the United States. High profile speakers who have spoken at my events previously have included: Lord Sebastian Coe, General Sir Mike Jackson (former head of the British Army), the author Malcolm Gladwell, baseball coach and Moneyball instigator Billy Beane and Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google.

I also have considerable public relations experience and working with my partnered agencies we have reguarly achieved coverage in mainstream media throughout the world including: The Financial Times, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Fox Business, ABC, Times of India, Gulf News and The Australian to name just a select few.
