Montreal’s Michael Genereux is a serial entrepreneur and businessman who resides in Longueuil, a small city near Montreal. Michael the current president of Gestion Termico Inc., a company that provides customer services for public transportation. Before becoming President of Gestion Termico, Michael Genereux was the company’s Vice President for four years. As Vice President, Michael oversaw the management and customer service of the public transport business. He also was in charge of collecting and storing information regarding customers and ticket pricing and selling.

In addition to his work in the public transportation sector, Michael is active with two investment companies. He is the President of Investissements Immobiliers MG Inc., a real estate investment company in Quebec. Michael also serves as Vice President at Placements GYAM Inc., a general investment company. He has held his position at the real estate investment firm since 2004 and the general investment company since 2005 and has helped both companies make intelligent investments at the right time.

Early in his career, Michael Genereux merged his passion for investment with his entrepreneurial drive and invested in the wine and food industry. In 2011, he was named President of Epicerie Alfalfa Inc., a fine food retailer in the Jean-Talon Market of Montreal. Michael also served as President of La Grange du Marché, another fine food retailer operating in Montreal’s Jean-Talon Market.

This year, Michael became Vice President of Groupe MAM, an investment company that has shares in Groupe Versay Inc., a wine company that is rethinking the way wine is sold and consumed in public spaces.

Described by colleagues and friends as full of energy and enthusiasm, Michael Genereux enjoys living life to fullest and enjoys the excitement that comes with new business opportunities. He is also currently working on several projects that are slated for arrival in the near future. Outside of the business world, Michael is an avid sailor and is often out Lake Champlain in his in sail boat. He also enjoys spending time with his children. Michael developed a love for literature while studying in University and is still a passionate reader. He also enjoys playing his guitar, running and drinking a good glass of wine.
