A strong track record of delivery, able to quickly and effectively immerse into an organization, identify any challenges, formulate a strategic response and successfully deliver against them.

I have led global teams and traveled extensively. That combined with my upbringing in the USA and UK allows me to connect and lead global teams effectively with a good grasp of cultural challenges.

I'm passionate about people development, participating heavily in talent management, graduate recruitment, people development, mentoring/coaching, lecturing university students and leadership training.
