La Mirada, California resident Michael Hines, is a well-trained educator who encourages his students to strive for personal and academic success. In his classrooms, Michael Hines creates a dynamic environment where his students can become lovers of learning.

Mr. Hines began his higher education by attending the University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a bachelor of arts in economics. After graduation, he continued his studies and eventually received a master of arts in political economy and public economics at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.

A teacher of micro and macroeconomics, he has also taught courses on American society as well as labor economics and government at various institutions, including the Los Angeles Community College District, California State University (CSU system), University of California (UC system), El Camino College District, and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Mr. Hines is currently pursuing a PhD in economics at Claremont Graduate University while maintaining his residence in La Mirada, California.
