Michael Howsen

Howdy, I’m Michael Howsen. I’m a District Manager living in U.S. Virgin Islands. I'm the third of four raised in an environment where pressure, expectations, and adversity showed up early and often. I learned quickly that life isn't given, its negotiated. That lesson came long before I ever stepped into business. I saw first-hand how power can be used, misused, and taken for granted. Instead of making me or breaking me, those experiences sharpened my awareness, strengthened my resilience, and forced me to understand people on a deeper level- What drives them, what moves them, and what closes the gap between where they are and where they want to be. That understanding became my advantage. I read situations, navigate complexity, and create outcomes. My story is not about where I started but what I built from it.
