Michaelia Figgins

I was born and raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, and moved to Charlotte for college in 2006. After graduating in 2010, I had every intention of returning to Chicago, but Charlotte stole my heart.

I have been in Marketing for almost three years, yet I enjoy wearing many hats in order to help my team succeed. I love to write inside and outside of work, and love to edit as well. I enjoy a fast-paced work environment and feel that I thrive under pressure. I am extremely detail oriented, adaptable, positive, dependable, and driven. One of my favorite tasks is to be handed a mess and find a way to pick up the pieces and put them together. Whether that is rebuilding content for a website, starting a blog series with a new voice, or finding a more efficient system for organization in a workflow.

After the work day I love to either go for a run, or play team sports! Soccer, volleyball, kickball, flag football, and soon to start, Gaelic football. You name it, I'll play it.

On the weekends, I like to take my dogs hiking or camping in the mountains.
