A longtime Massachusetts real estate developer, Michael Intoccia is known for his high-profile residential projects in communities such as Foxboro, Canton, Hingham, Duxbury, North Attelboro, Westwood and Raynham. Over the past 30 years, Michael Intoccia has earned a reputation for quality design and construction and completed a wide range of projects in the affordable to luxurious range.

Among Michael Intoccia’s and his investors are projects are 28 luxury custom homes at The Cape Club in Falmouth, 80 guest cottages siuts, a golf course that encompasses a driving range, an outdoor pool, and a five-star restaurant. He is now undertaking a re-design and reconstruction of The Cape Club of Sharon Golf Course, whose clubhouse has already been rebuilt. He is continuously in search of other golf course properties throughout Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.

Over the years, Mr. Intoccia has engaged with numerous charitable organizations in donating services, money, and time to causes that benefit the community. He enjoys activities such as golfing in his free time.
