Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971
I grew up in Yonkers, NY and graduated from Charles E. Gorton High School in 1964. I attended Iona College of New Rochelle, NY and graduated in 1968 with a BA degree in economics and mathematics. After graduating from college, I joined the Navy and became a Naval Aviator flying helicopters. I served in this capacity for six years with one tour of duty in Vietnam. I resigned my navy commission and began the pursuit of a career in dentistry. I graduated (with honors) in 1979 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry with a D.M.D. degree. I re-entered the Navy and served as a Dentist until I retired in 1993 with 23 years of active duty. I opened my own dental office in West Chester, PA and practiced dentistry for an additional 20 years. Here, I had the privilege of serving a community's dental needs and sharing in my patient's lives.
Approximately nine years ago, My wife Shelley & I decided to come to Rehoboth Beach, De and build our "Beach Retreat" . We were "weekend warriors" until January 2013 when I retired from dentistry and made Rehoboth Beach home. The joy of living an active life in this idyllic beach community has been nothing short of extraordinary. We totally love living here and have truly created our own paradise.
