With over 15+ years' experience as a Youth & Young Adult speaker, spoken to over 1000+ people, mentors 50+ youth & young adults and is a reoccuring speaker for youth driven events in the cities of Los Angeles, Inglewood, Long Beach & Moreno Valley, Michael is driven to create a generation passionate about being better and doing better.

Michael was featured in the Long Beach Press Telegram in 1999 for being a young leader driven to follow in his father's footsteps to impact his generation. He is passionate n his pursuit to impact this generation through community development & life changing teaching in an endeavor to restore morals and values into this stricken culture.

A graduate from Los Alamitos High School, MIchael served his country in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged the beginning of 2007. He returned back to school to pursue a degree in communications. While enrolled he obtained a certificate through an Entrepreneur Course sponsored by the Small Business Community Development Organization. Today he currently spear heads as Lead Minister of an Outreach Ministry called Pursuing Godly Perfection Ministries (www.p3ministries.com). He is a motivational speaker empowering men, women and students to Pursue their Passions. He is also leads a mentorship program for young men called The Gentleman's Journey Social Club (www.thegentlemansjourney.weebly.com)

Michael has successfully sponsored community unified youth events, leadership training seminars, a mentorship development program through Jordan High School in Long Beach, CA, Outreach partnerships, an accountability group for young men called "The Locker Room", as well as a young men's social club purposed to restore character, class and respect to the young men of this generation.

Michael is also a Self-Published Author of an accountability book called "The Fish The Hook & The Bait". A book focused on his life meant to teach you how to identify and break the unhealthy patterns in your life that keep you from being effective and productive in being a world changer.

Michael currently resides in Long Beach, CA with his lovely wife Jamaica Johnson.
