As you can gather from the above occupations, my primary goal in life is to be relentlessly poor. In addition to that bevy of poor decisions, I'm also an aspiring writer and filmmaker.

I've been a professional photographer since 2012, mainly working on weddings and portraiture. For more of that biz, check out www.mbkeene.com

My acting "career" started way back in the 9th grade, when I procured my first of many "hey, let's have this guy play someone significantly older than himself" roles. Since then I've worked with numerous community theaters, including the Footlight Players in Charleston, SC (Jack in The Importance of Being Earnest) and most recently Asheville Community Theatre (Gilbert Bodley in Not Now, Darling).

As a podcaster, I've produced and co-hosted Season Pass, a podcast all about TV shows that lasted one season or less, for a little over a year. It's terribly unsuccessful, but I love it nonetheless.

My artwork, consisting almost entirely of morbidly obese cats, can be found at Zapow Illustration Art Gallery in Asheville, NC.
