Hello! I'm Michaella, proudly serving as a Project Coordinator for Lawson & Murphy in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. When I'm not knee-deep in project timelines, you can catch me exploring local coffee spots or diving into a captivating read. I'm always up for an adventure and cherish every travel experience.

My journey started at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where I not only immersed myself in the Belk Business College but also laced up my boots for the Charlotte Women's Soccer team. Starting as the lone walk-on, I persevered, climbing the ranks to lead the team in scores by senior year, bagging numerous awards, and proudly wearing the captain's armband. Along the way, I battled through five knee surgeries, proving that with grit and determination, there's no challenge too big. This athletic journey, coupled with my role as Student Advisory Vice President and overcoming injuries, has sculpted my character and resilience.

I pride myself on my problem-solving acumen, leadership abilities, and effective communication. Post-college, my role at a consulting agency has honed these skills and ignited my passion for project management. I'm on the lookout for a role that will pave my path to becoming a stellar project manager, with my eyes set on obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
