Michaella Palmer

Hi there!

My name is Michaella. (Mih-kay-luh) I am currently based in Upstate South Carolina, working as an Area Manager II at Amazon's Legacy site, GSP1. In my role, I thrive on the opportunity to express and develop my leadership skills while deepening my understanding of operational excellence. I find great satisfaction in contributing to a fast-paced environment where learning and continuous improvement are at the forefront.

At Amazon, I’ve had the privilege of leading two Women@Amazon chapters. These groups bring Associates and leaders together to foster personal and professional growth, building a community that emphasizes empowerment, learning, and collaboration.

Outside of work, I am passionate about staying active and challenging myself. I’m currently training for a marathon, embracing the advice to “always be training for something.” When I’m not running, I enjoy exploring local coffee shops, spending time outdoors, and taking my dog on long walks—activities that allow me to recharge and connect with the world around me.
