My name is Michael Leger, and i am currently the Technical Support manager at Vortalsoft, a Position that i have held since 2015.
I have provided support for a number of companies throughout my career, working in the call center support, design and development industry since 1999.
My area of expertise cover all facets of day-to-day call center work, including VoIP, TDM lines ,and carriers. I have worked on multiple Aspect Call Center products, closely with Windows Server and VMware.
My focus is on developing tools and services that improve support so people can spend more time outside of the office with their families.
My Interests include camping, hiking, and STEM. I am a avid teacher, enjoying teaching as much as i do learning.
