I am a business coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience working with entrepreneurs, business owners and executives in Canada and the US. I have specialized in supporting new ventures and small businesses, coaching them through start-up and early stage growth. I have also worked with executives, helping them effectively meet challenges, make sound decisions and set strategy.

I hold a B.S. in Physics from M.I.T. and a Master’s in Planning & Organizational Development from Harvard University. I am the Entrepreneurial Coach for participants and alumni of the Executive MBA program at the Western University's Ivey Business School as well as Managing Partner of the professional services firm 2BDetermined Inc.
