Michael Metzger

An accomplished Technology Investment Banker and Operations Management Executive with 15 years experience in the digital media, mobile, Internet and technology field. Michael is a Principal at Covert & Co., a premium specialty investment bank providing M&A; and financing services to technology and media companies. Previously, Michael advised Yahoo’s Mobile Marketing and Advertising group. Michael has also held senior management and engineering positions at AT&T, IBM and Mindspeed. He holds 5 patents in the field of Communications and also serves as Vice-Chair and Board Director of the German American Business Association (GABA) in Southern California. Michael received an MSEE from the University of Ulm, Germany and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
