Michael Milliard

Michael Milliard is a Wisconsin resident who has served as a technical solutions engineer for Epic Solutions since graduating from college in 2018. With the role, Michael Milliard is responsible for providing technical support to hospitals across the state.

He primarily works with these clients’ research applications teams and focuses on supporting system upgrades and troubleshooting software problems. Alongside this, he is responsible for several projects within Epic Solutions. As a research application leader for the Wisconsin-based firm’s Gold Star Program, he created a system that automatically detects which gold star criteria is being met.

Mr. Milliard also heads the maintenance and improvement of the company’s internal educational pages. In his work, he draws on internship experience at Sikorsky Aircraft. While there, he was responsible for conducting flight tests for three helicopter programs, alongside performing software integration.

Simultaneously, Michael Milliard was pursuing a bachelor of science in electrical and computer engineering and a master’s degree in management. He earned both degrees in 2018 from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
