For the past 17 years, Michael Moldofsky has served as a certified ACT! consultant with www.ActiveSales.net. In this role, he has excelled in customer relationship management and contact management, assisting companies seeking assistance in improving their client management and recruiting. He additionally served for two years as an ACT! technical support member with Symantec, where he trained new consultants and provided support services to more than 13,000 people. In recognition of his efforts, Michael Moldofsky received the ACT! Software Community Contribution Award on four separate occasions.

Prior to his work as an ACT! consultant, Michael Moldofsky spent six years as a sales manager at Lexi International. As a manager, he oversaw three sales teams prior to assisting the IT department with customer relationship management.

Mr. Moldofsky earned a bachelor’s degree from Northwest Christian University in Eugene, Oregon, where he focused his studies on management. His additional interests include sales force automation and contact management.
