Michael Monce

I am an experienced attorney practicing in the field of Social Security Disability law I can assist you in navigating the very complex process of applying for Social Security Disability benefits, Long-Term Disability Law, Railroad Retirement Disability Law, Veterans Disability Benefits and Kentucky Worker's Compensation Law.

Michael Monce received his undergraduate degree in political science from Northern Kentucky University in 1979 where he was named to Who’s Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. He received his law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Highland Heights, KY in 1982 where he received the book award in jurisprudence.

Mr. Monce is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR) and is also accredited by the US Department of Veterans Affairs.
