As co-executive producer and co-songwriter of Rock the SAT, Michael Moshan has used his musical talents to help students prepare for standardized testing -- using the power of music and memory. Rock the SAT incorporates popular SAT vocabulary into original rock music. Memorize the tunes and you automatically memorize the vocabulary. By pairing engaging songs with a comprehensive (and very funny) study guide that includes definitions as well as engaging usage examples, Michael Moshan and colleagues David Mendelsohn and Michael Shapiro have created perhaps the most unique SAT study guide on the market.

After releasing Rock the SAT, Michael Moshan and his mates went on to collaborate on a second volume, Rock the SAT, Volume 2, six more tunes in the Rock the SAT style, which was released in 2015.

In his free time, Michael Moshan is immersed into the fabric of his community of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He coaches his son's soccer team through the Greenpoint Williamsburg Youth Soccer League (GWYSL) and manages the Williamsburg Advanced Tennis Ladder, which has grown under his leadership from 10 to 80 players. He is married and a father of two boys.
