When I write, I tend to flow my ideas onto the paper in quick, short bursts. My ideas flow freely, but I will stop very suddenly, and think for quite a long time, not knowing what to write about. I compare my style mostly to that of a cheetah. He is quick and free, but will stop on a dime, and will not move, just staring, thinking. As for me, I will start my piece, and lose track of where I am going, and realize I must stop to recollect my thoughts. Usually, the cheetah will pick himself up and move just a little, making some progress, but will stop and resettle once again. Then, out of nowhere, an idea comes to mind, and we run with it, for the cheetah literally, for me, my words on the page. My words flow freely for a while, heading in the direction I want to go, but I stop once again. This may happen a few times, but always I come back better than before, and finish what I needed to accomplish.
