Michael Oelrich

An entrepreneur with broad-ranging experience in sales and management, Michael Oelrich currently serves as the principal owner of several enterprises. As the founder and owner of The Nextep Foundation, Inc., a company based in Cape Coral, Florida, Mr. Oelrich provides the largest sober living facility in Lee County. This establishment allows individuals recovering from alcohol and substance abuse to pursue a more ordered, productive lifestyle. In his dedication to the foundation’s cause, Michael Oelrich has organized and sponsored a celebrity golf tournament. In a similar capacity, Mr. Oelrich heads The Way Out Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit support system designed for recovering addicts.

Michael Oelrich maintains several other successful enterprises as well. He owns Triton Marketing Service, Inc., which serves the magazine sales industry; RR & MO Investments I, LLC, which specializes in real estate investments; and MMLLC Investments, LLC, an online payday advance company that operates under the business name Skyloans. Mr. Oelrich also brings his business acumen to bear on the music industry. He fronts two music promotion companies, Turnt Up, Inc., and Mo Money Music Group, LLC, the latter of which has given troubled youth opportunity to explore potential careers in music in a safe environment.

Along with the inclination toward philanthropy that he shows in his professional ventures, Michael Oelrich proudly sponsors local youth throughout his community, volunteering with Nextep and participating in devotional reading clubs. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and is particularly fond of water-related activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, and deep sea fishing.
