The president and chief executive officer of Michael Paul Enterprises in White Plains, New York, Michael Paul D'Alessio spearheads a range of commercial and residential real estate ventures, overseeing all phases of the property development process from raw land and structure acquisition to the completion of new projects. Under Mr. D'Alessio's direction, Michael Paul Enterprises provides services that range from general contracting and construction consulting to property maintenance and repairs. Over the last 20 years, the company has erected more than 100 custom-built homes throughout Westchester and the Hamptons. It has also built multi-use retail strips in the Bronx and single-family townhouses in Manhattan.

Before he entered the real estate industry in the mid-1990s, Mr. D'Alessio served as an accountant with the offices of Arthur Young in Manhattan. He holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the Pace University Lubin School of Business. In preparation for his move into property development, he returned to the academic environment to complete a real estate program at New York University.
