Michael Pogue

I’m Michael “Mike” Pogue, an attorney based in Sun Valley, Idaho, with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial law and litigation. I work with businesses and individuals on complex legal matters, including business disputes, real estate issues, and technology-related agreements.

I began my legal career in Palo Alto, California, at a global law firm serving emerging companies, and also worked with federal judges early on. Those experiences shaped how I approach the law today—with a focus on precision, credibility, and clear thinking.

Over time, I’ve learned that good legal work is not just about effort or outcomes. It’s about judgment, preparation, and the ability to explain complicated situations in a way that makes sense. I aim to help clients solve problems, not just react to them.

Outside of my practice, I value time with family and being outdoors. I enjoy tennis, fly-fishing, and hiking, and I stay involved in my community through local boards and professional education.
