Michael Presley (Attorney)

Attorney Michael Presley has served the Wellington, Florida, public since 1980 as a partner with Presley & Presley, where he has experience across multiple areas, including defending health care practitioners in medical malpractice cases, developing ancillary service centers and anti-kickback and Stark Law compliance. Michael Presley, attorney, has experience helping physician clients sell their practices and consolidating practices into managed service organizations.

Michael Presley is especially interested in healthcare administration, relating to mergers and acquisitions for primary health care, and is pursuing his MBA at Johns Hopkins University to supplement his practice. To better support his career, he became a Florida Licensed Health Care Risk Manager and more recently recertified in health care risk management by achieving an 80-hour certificate from the University of Florida.

Prior to launching his career as an attorney, Michael Presley attended Florida Atlantic University, where he studied political science, then earned his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. In addition to his legal practice, he serves as CEO and chief risk officer for United MSO of America.
