Twenty-eight years of experience in the IT staffing industry. During my career I have graduated into positions of increased responsibility and have held the following positions; Technical Recruiter, Account Executive, National Account Manager, Practice Manager, Chief Operating Officer, SVP and most recently Managing Director of the Greater NYC market for a global workforce solutions company.

My strengths include Sales, Recruiting and Operations including business development (new account development and overseeing execution in existing accounts for marketshare growth), establishing and implementing business processes aligned with industry best practices, hiring and leading staff, managing and continuous improvement in business KPIs, authoring RFP and RFI responses and building high-performance cultures.
