I am a seasoned Change Agent with over 20 years of experience in leading teams and individuals to achieve their goals and objectives. Through my consulting practice, Manner, I help companies communicate and achieve change by implementing new organizational structures, workflow and business applications. I also work with individuals to help them identify and fulfill their career ambitions.
I left my “full-time” corporate role in 2009 to pursue my dreams of independence and helping others achieve their personal and professional goals. I received a certificate in Career Planning and Development from NYU in 2010 and have been working with private clients for 5+ years. I coach individuals through career moves, transitions and professional growth and advancement. I share my own experience with change based on my personal journey from Wall Street to fashion, Ralph Lauren, to independent consulting, Manner.
Today, to maintain flexibility and my professional relevance, I continue to work with corporate clients to help leaders and teams embrace change and adapt to new and innovate ways of sharing information and real-time knowledge. I am currently working with Calvin Klein and Tory Burch. And, I have worked with PepsiCo, Comcast, and Abernathy MacGregor. Recently, I earned certificates in Change Leadership and Project Management from Cornell University. I hold a certificate in Career Planning and Development from New York University's School for Continuing Professional Studies, and earned a BA from Roger Williams College.
My partner and I spoil our French bulldog, Oliver, and we split our time between Cape Cod and NYC. I enjoy playing tennis, fitness and learning.
