Mr. Rubinger’s representation extends to strategic and institutional investors, buyers, and sellers involved in a number of transaction structures, including asset and stock sales and recapitalizations. Among his noteworthy transactions was representing a healthcare IT company in its sale of a controlling interest to a private equity purchaser.

Earning his bachelor’s degree with high honors in business administration and finance from the University of Florida, Mr. Rubinger pursued law studies at the University of Michigan Law School where he graduated cum laude. In addition to his legal work, he is a board member of the security and traffic management firm Perceptics, LLC.
