For over 30 years, I have worked with organizations helping them execute their strategy and achieve goals through more effective strategy, leadership, management, and development of their people. This has involved hundreds of projects in strategic planning, performance management, change and organizational effectiveness, leadership development, training, team building, competency model development, coaching, action learning, succession planning, workforce analytics and ROI, and instructional design. In fact, there is not an area of training, HR, and OD that I have not practiced as a consultant, employee, or executive.

I am passionate about strengths-based approaches to developing performance and released my first book "Developing Exemplary Performance One Person at a Time" in May of 2009. It is available at the ATD Store, Amazon.com, and many other book retailers.
