Michael is the President and CEO of Enable Quality Health, LLC. Enable is a healthcare consulting company dedicated to improving the health of patients while decreasing the overall cost of healthcare. Recently Michael has been working on a new healthcare project which is designed to slow the growth of healthcare expenses by utilizing a healthcare reimbursement innovative patented system to balance the supply of clinical diagnostic services with appropriate demand. From 1997 to 2004, Michael served as CEO of the largest Physician-Hospital Organization (PHO) in the mid-west with a network of 20 hospitals and 2,400 physicians. Prior to that time he was CEO of the largest PSO in the region growing the company to $70M within 18 months. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer with Health Midwest in the physician services division. He has worked in healthcare for over 30 years.

Michael has expertise in creating and managing health plans, both HMO's and PPO's for both insured and self-insured employers. The largest employer had 23,000 employees. He has also managed a 12,000 Medicare Advantage program.

Michael enjoys working with others to bring out the best they have and to accomplish more than his fellow employees think is possible. He enjoys working with others to accomplish the impossible.

Previously, he was an officer with Bank IV in Wichita, Kansas. He is a graduate of Wichita State University and attended graduate school there.

Early in his career, he was an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and worked on an ambulance crew for 6 years.
